You are in the middle of traffic jam with a
grumbling stomach and you are late for work, you are about to present and close
a deal with a very important client. Right now, you can imagine what will
happen to you as you open the office door where your boss is inside, and all
fiery eyes are glaring at you. Afterwards, you’ll go back home to tell your
parents that you lose your first job.
Days before the presentation you stayed up
late at night with your friends, merrily raising glasses of liquor, you barely
eat healthy foods and most of the time, you’re not eating at all, puffs of
smoky air from your cigarette fills the whole place trying to tell everyone at
home that you are stressed from work and you have a very big preparation to
make for a great opportunity. Is that the right way to relieve stress?
